May I request the text of a boon so I know what character to purchase it for?

I played Fate of the Future at SkalCon, and earned the Time Traveler boon. Can someone who downloaded that boon provide the text for it under a spoiler so that I know which character to purchase it for?

A) You can only purchase it for the character that actually played the special.
B) Doesn't matter, it applies to all characters.

You can only download it for the character who played it, but it's good for any new character you create.
