Even their bad episodes are curb-stomping the DCU TV-verse.

*insert gif of Cliff Steele Robotman from Doom Patrol asking What the? in the affable Cliff Steele way*

LOL - we'll make an exception for Doom Patrol... :)

Edit: now I have a mental image of Cliff Steele curb-stomping CW-verse Green Arrow and the Flash simultaneously...

It’s more than a tad disingenuous to suggest that a premium streaming series and a fifth OTA network prime time series are in any way equivalent for comparison.

Also curb stomping as a metaphor is both needlessly violent and a tad problematic.

*looks at Doom Patrol and Peacemaker*

...We will have to disagree on this.

So which one is better in your opinion? (haven't watched Peacemaker yet but loved Doom Patrol...)

Doom Patrol is hands down the best. It's the best show in years.

Alright then. Won't care too much about missing out on Peacemaker then. Thanks!

Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed Peacemaker a lot and it's better than most shows. It's just that DP is better in every regard unless you are a big fan of James Gunn.

I won't argue with Doom Patrol.

You may be cool, but….

Spoiler:
….you’ll never be Boba Fett riding his pet rancor and shooting pikes in the face cool.

….you’ll never be Boba and Mando taking out a crap ton of Pikes cool.

….you’ll never be Krssantan fighting off a small army of trandoshans single-handed, then getting shot a crap ton of times and still kicking ass cool.

…..you’ll never be Fennec Shand killing the leader of the Pikes and all the other crime bosses single-handed cool.

….you’ll never be Grogu putting an enraged rancor to sleep with his mind cool.

Other than that, I kind of hope Cad Bane survives. He’s a great villain. If he doesn’t, though, at least he had a pretty epic death.

And I’m glad to see Cob Vanth is still alive.

Overall, I thought it was a great finale.

Spoiler:
Of course he's still alive. He needs to sell toys around Christmas! (and frankly I didn't see a major mortal wound... I think he was napping... that's the story I told my 9 year old and I'm sticking to it)

Eh, it's over. I liked the rancor bit.

Finally got around to watching this, a nice afternoon binge. There were some very silly bits here and there but that’s Star Wars for you. Mando taking over and the scenes with Jedi training felt way out of place but I’ll chalk that up to pandemic constraints. The last battle was pretty epic if not terribly realistic. And while there wasn’t much weight to the series with that end credits reveal, I’m still glad our boy is gonna make it.
