What do you want to be able to accomplish?

Alchemist, Investigator, reflavored Barbarian, Inventor, and Summoner can all do different interpretations of this.

Shadow Lodge

There are many ways to do it but I would say as many Scabs are basically flesh golems you want the Item Creation feats Harvest Parts and Craft Construct, so you literally butcher monsters (or humans... really there is no restriction there) and use their parts to make your flesh constructs

Another thing you would be interested in is Necrocrafts
the requirement for that is the spell "make whole" and any way to control undead.
So the easiest way for this is either Cleric/Oracle/Sorcerer/Wizard
There are other options, antipaladin with unsanctioned knowledge being one of them but I am not sure it's what you are looking for.

I think the most thematic way to go for it would be to play an Alchemist with the Reanimator archetype, that takes care of controlling undeads since you can make them easily.
The Spell Knowledge Discovery could give you make whole.
I don't imagine that using a discovery to gain make whole is considered a good trade, but it would do the job.
