So, Hardened Fists is the level 1 Bloodline Power for the Sorcerer Shapechanger Bloodline. This is a Free action to deal lethal damage as if you were one size larger with your unarmed strike for a round.

This ability does not state that this is a Polymorph effect. Will Enlarge Person or other size changes stack with Hardened Fists?

Yes. According to the FAQ you get 1 real size increase (enlarge person) and 1 virtual size increase (hardened fists).

goes very well for a scaled fist monk multiclass who uses cha for monk abilities.
getting mage armor and that can really jump start the monk.
