Good Afternoon,

I tried to contact Customer Support by phone today. When the automated prompt sent me to CS it rang briefly and then informed me that the mailbox I was trying to connect to was full.

I currently have the following subscriptions:
Pathfinder Adventure Path
Pathfinder Lost Omens
Pathfinder Adventure
Pathfinder Player Companion
Pathfinder Rulebook
Starfinder Roleplaying Game
Starfinder Adventure Path

These subscriptions in turn qualify me for the Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society subscriptions for free.

I would like all of my current subscriptions canceled at this time.

edit: I believe "Would you like to tell us why" is typically an ask for companies when you cancel long-term business.

I am severely disappointed in Paizo's management and I can only say again how much I think of not just Diego and Sara, but the entire CS team.

Paizo CS has one of the most thankless jobs in the industry as far as I'm concerned. Unlike other "big companies", you have a very well-supported official forum and are usually readily available by email and/or phone during your normal hours.

Being a CSR is *not* the same thing as being a forum moderator. I've had assistance from y'all for issues I faced with my subscriptions, with shipping, with payment processing, *and* with reporting instances of bigotry or generalized s*&+ty behaviors. CS has always come through.

The fact you've had so many hats on at once is a testament to your talents. Many of you have been there through edition changes (and the forum blowups), through COVID (and the shipping/material delays).

Three weeks ago a new position was created. It was above placed above CSRs. Now, we're here.

Knowing that management does not share the ethical and/or moral framework I had mistakingly believed was shared has been a sad experience for me. I still believe that Paizos CS staff are great, and I still believe that many of my favorite people in the TTRPG industry work here at Paizo. It is my hope that the disconnect between workers and management is treated seriously and addressed ASAP.

Thank you for all the work you and your team do. Here's to hoping in the future I'll feel Paizo is in a place that I'll be able to feel confident in resubscribing.
