No, and likely because from their point of view it isn't unclear enough to warrant comment. That, or it's so complicated in how to fix the lack of clarity that they haven't quite figured out how to do it just yet.
Really, I think it's a case of the text being as clear as it can be but people have fallen into misreading it and then not wanting to admit they are capable of misreading things.
Aterall, not only does the feat say it gives you a focus point, but the rules on focus points says if more than 1 thing gives you a focus pool you add those together (to the max of 3), and an example is provided that shows us that even if the rules try to say you don't you add your focus points together since the example provided in the book is taking domain initiate (says you get a point, so you do) and healing touch (says you only get a point if you don't already have one) and ending up with 2 points.
