Kick 'Em While They're Down: Sleeper Hold Feat

Rules Questions

Question with this feat Sleeper Hold:

What happens if I continue the special grapple even after they're unconscious?

Do I:
A.) Start from round 1 of Sleeper Hold grapple?
B.) Extend the duration of the unconscious state?
C.) Start using suffocation rules?

Asking because I'm making a full nonlethal grapple build, and I don't know if this will do what I want it to.

Also as a side note: Can this feat be used with a Mancatcher? My thoughts are leaning towards no.

Chokehold, and possibly Bushwhack, might be better.

I think Sleeper Hold = Unconscious = Coup de Grace... probably as a standard action via Throat Slicer.

By the way this feat is worded the only thing it does is make them unconscious with an ever increasing penalty to its save. Maintaining the hold after they are unconscious would only refresh the duration IMO however there is no cap listed on the save penalty so this would continue to increase as long as the hold was maintained. What you or your party do to them while they are unconscious is entirely up to you (kill them, tie them up, braid their hair…whatever. The sky is the limit my friend).

Chokehold will have limited use with "...one size category larger than you..."

The idea being used is equivalent to the Skaven Packmaster from Warhammer Fantasy. Ratfolk are small sized so both those feats are effectively useless against large or larger enemies.

Weapon being used is a mancatcher, so Coup-de-Grace will be ineffective.

But I did look at those feats.

I see no reason why this would not work with a mancatcher but keep in mind a mancatcher only works with one size catagory and seems to allow only the move or damage options once the target is grappled so while it does allow you to hit on touch AC it does limit your options significantly.

Coup de Grace may be ineffective for a two-armed fellow wielding a mancatcher... but teamwork makes it happen... if you can snag an enemy with a mancatcher and reposition them over to your homeboy with a pick/scythe/katana/literally anything thematic or fun... you have done more than enough. You obviously do have teammates, because if you didn't, you wouldn't have chosen a mancatcher. Lol. Literally nobody is like today I am going to solo PF1 with the freaking mancatcher... people only do dumb $#!+ like that when they can unlock trophies or achievements for it.
