I see Order 36418297 listed as completed on July 1st, but I don't see tracking information on it via UPS yet nor has it arrived. Anything I can do to locate it?

Hm, given the timeframe, it should have showed up last week at the latest, so it's possible it ended up lost in the mail. I've gone ahead and set up a replacement order to be on safe side, and you should receive an email confirmation with the details shortly.

Apologies about that! Hopefully this order will arrive without problems! If the original package does show up, you should be able to refuse it and the post office will ship it back to us. Let me know if there's anything else I can do!
