Confirming I am using the community use policy correctly as I make 3D files for printing monsters

Community Use

I make monsters both in the form of 3D files for 3D printing and 2D images primarily for virtual play. Many of these monsters come directly from Pathfinder 2E bestiary or other books. As I model these monsters I draw inspiration primarily from the 2E bestiaries but I also look online at other references and descriptions of the monsters (google images, blogs, etc.). These images and descriptions are used solely as references for my art and I never publish any images or text.

I use the names and appearances for my work from the Pathfinder books.

To make sure I am following the community use policy I
(a) provide these files for free

(b) I have a usage requirement statement on my hosting site:

"[This website, product name, Twitch show title, etc.] uses trademarks and/or copyrights owned by Paizo Inc., used under Paizo's Community Use Policy (paizo.com/communityuse). We are expressly prohibited from charging you to use or access this content. [This website, product name, Twitch show title, etc.] is not published, endorsed, or specifically approved by Paizo. For more information about Paizo Inc. and Paizo products, visit paizo.com."

(c) I have a section on the website where I give credit to the 3 bestiaries (2E) in which monsters I draw from as well as acknowledgment found in the corresponding books.

(d) I have registered with Paizo

(e) I have followed (to the best of my understanding) the rest of the requirements presented on the Community use policy (e.g. my project is unoffical, does nothing to hurt or damage Paizo, etc.)

I have two questions.

First, am I following the community use policy correctly or is there anything else I need to do?

Second, I really don't fully understand the section that states "If the Paizo Material you're using clearly credits its authors or artists, you must reproduce that credit."

Besides the names and general look of the monsters (maybe even pose), I am not really providing any content from the books and just using the books as references to the monsters I am making. Is it sufficient for me to write the copyright information and acknowledgments from the three 2E bestiaries? Do I even need to do that since I am not providing any image or text from these books?

Thank you for your help as I try to correctly interpret and follow the community use policy. Would a link to my site help give context for what I am doing or is my description sufficient?

Hi M&M (yum)

Paizo opens ourselves up to unnecessary risk by offering advice to other parties on how to interpret our licenses and legal policies. The text of the policy and the FAQ provide all the guidance we can really give, as even us saying "it looks like you're fine" or "you need to change X, Y, and Z" can be read as additional terms of the contract(s).

I will say that you seem to have done your due diligence in terms of going over all the terms of the Community Use Policy, much moreso than many community content creators.

Also, note that there's nothing about the 3D-printable file format that explicitly forbids you from releasing content under the CUP, so long as all the other terms of the policy are adhered to.

Thank you for the response, it gave me peace of mind as I have diligently tried to follow the CUP as sincerely as I can.
