Where do the boons from Flooded King's Court (#1-07) come up?

Flooded King's Court can provide 1 of 2 boons: Blast from the Past or To Seal and Protect. Both include the normal notice of appearing in future adventures.

Do we know which adventures these appear in?

They do not.

Whether having played in Flooded King's Court will matter in the future remains to be seen, but due to the changes in how the boon system operates, those boons themselves are essentially obsolete.

All that matters is that you played it.
