Got confirmation of my subscription order this morning, thank you very much. I know that these problems have been out of your control, and you've been doing your best to resolve matters, but I didn't expect all these delays would cost me so much extra...
To explain: going back over my order history, Abomination Vaults volumes 1 & 2 each cost $5.65 shipping, volume 3 shipped with Lost Omens: Ancestry Guidecost $23.23. A total of $34.53.
Today's confirmation was for Ruby Phoenix volumes 1, 2 & 3, and Lost Omens: Mwangi, all in one package. So, same weight but less packaging, maybe a reduction?
No, $54.98 shipping! An extra $20! This is ridiculous...

Hi! I'm looking into it, but at a brief glance, the current order (# 36533014) weighs 6 lbs, whereas your order with the Ancestry Guide and one of the AP volumes (# 36377871) only weighed 3 lbs. Dimensional weight is also a factor in shipping costs (how much cubic space a package takes up) and can cause it fluctuate.
What I can do is poke around at dividing up the order to see if that will reduce the shipping costs and we can go from there!

Oh! Thanks for clarifying, I apologize for misunderstanding!
I messed around with moving the Mwangi Expanse book to it's own order and that way it ships via Mail Innovations International for only ~$2 less (and then you don't get the $10 shipping discount either, which makes it pretty meh).
I don't THINK it's related to that problem (given my understanding of it), but if you're okay with it, I'd like to suspend your order through the weekend and see if I can have someone look into it directly on Monday. I know shipping rates increased here in the US when it comes to USPS, but I have no idea how or if that would affect international orders, and I'd prefer to get some info from someone who is more familiar with it, if that's the case!
Apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime!
