(pf2e) where to find uncommon items / looking for Stiletto Pen

Hello,

I have just started PFS 2e with a group of people and I have noticed an issue that we have been having. After spending some time on archives of nethys I will come across an uncommon item or feat that looks really cool and I want to use it, but (due to it being uncommon) I cannot take it. Sometimes there is a forum post of someone asking the same thing (a fried wanted to play a baby yaga witch and found a mission where it is on the chronical sheet), but I was wondering if there was a way to find out how to get ahold of items that is easier than just word of mouth.

This came up specifically because I was looking at the Stiletto Pen from page 30 of the pathfinder society guide according to Aon. It looks like a really cool item that I love to make a character that uses it, but it comes with that dreaded key word, uncommon. I might assume that the items in the book for the pathfinder society would have something for the society agents, so I would think that there would be a way to get this item. That being said I do not own the book(yet), so I cannot look to see if the book specifically says anything.

tl;dr
Is there an easy way to see how to get an item? Do uncommon items work differently than just not being able to get them?(such as maybe using a feat?) If all else fails does anyone know where I can get my grubby fingers on a Stiletto Pen?

You can find what is and is not legal HERE

Many items and other game elements can be purchased using Achievement Points which you get every time you play or run a game. You can find those on the Boons tab in the Organised Play section of your My Account. Some are free (the Wayfinder boon), most have a cost.

I believe the Stiletto Pen is available using the Grand Archive gear boon.
