Charge Penalty Stacking

Rules Questions

1: If you charge multiple times in a round (from coordinated charge, or quickened flash forward for example) do the penalties to ac stack or is it just a fixed -2 if you have charged at least once?

2: If using the Sliding Dash feat while i have the Nimble Striker feat, do I ignore the penalty to ac?

3: Same as question 2, but replacing Nimble Striker with Charge of the Righteous?

As a general rule penalties always stack.

Bonuses of the same kind don't stack, but penalties lack this caveat.

2: By literal RAW nimble striker does nothing there, it specifically allows you to ignore a -2 penalty. Reducing the AC penalty from -4 to -2 is a reasonable compromise.

3: Actually that works. Assuming you're charging an undead or outsider anyway.

4: RAW what penalty do you take with Janni Style + Sliding Dash?

Oh wow I missed most of your questions. Way to go me =P

I'd rule that Janni Style is reducing the penalty by 1, so the AC penalty would be -3.

Unless they're from the same source, as stated in the Evil Eye FAQ.

"This doesn't violate the general rule for stacking penalties--each evil eye effect is basically a different source, even though they stem from the evil eye hex"

So if you're charging twice in a round, the source is "charging" and the penalty would only apply once. According to the Evil Eye FAQ at least.

Yup, that checks out. Good call Wondersell.
