Do Golarion Elves grow beards?

Seems a simple enough question. I know they did not in 1e but I was wondering if this was an artefact of the history of the Pathfinder system and if Golarion Elves could now grow beards or not - the core book says nothing about facial hair for elves at all.

Absolutely true.

But when folks post questions here, and phrase things by asking how they work "in the Pathfinder system" or specifically ask about a "Golarion" thing, I have to interpret the question not as "Can elves grow beards?" but instead "Can elves in the setting you publish canonically grow beards?" Or even when the question shows up in the Campaign Setting forum rather than in the homebrew forum.
