its now been 6 weeks since any game of 6 i've reported on the OSP has shown up.
and with all the boons popping up on the site... i've got concerned and irritated players who don't qualify for something they did. 6 weeks ago.
it can't be just me, and how can i help resolve this issue before they come chasing after me like i'm some kind of apple afficionado white rat.

PFS(2)? That doesn't report through OSP. Only PFS(1) and SFS report through OSP, and I suspect but do not know that when SFS goes to AcP, it won't be reported through OSP.
If you're reporting PFS(2) through PFS(1)'s OSP number, that would lead to delays.
If you're reporting SFS, then I don't think there will be an OSP for it once AcP are activated.

Online Support Program. (My very limited understanding is it roughly comparable to the RSP)
From reading between the lines here, it sounds like (most likely) SFS games have been slow to report. I haven't reported any SFS games through OSP to know what their usual timeline is, though.
In any event, that means players are worried that going forward (post ACP in SFS) there will be similar delays and thus they won't get their ACP/chronicle boons. We heard a lot of similar fears during the PFS2 ACP rollout, but I think most regions updated their practices and I haven't heard many complaints. So the forcing function of making players care about timely reporting (for ACP) in addition to GMs possibly caring about it for glyphs/novas/stars has helped move the needle on keeping people accountable about reporting.

Here's the Online Support Program! I believe you only get OSP rewards if you report through them, though, so...probably no help.
No shade at the OSP team, but - yeah, things reported on the OSP Site usually take a while to show up in the Paizo systems. I eventually got that sweet sweet Manifold Host through it, though, so I'm not complaining :D (I believe the current incentive is a Second Seekers (Roheas) boon.)
It was presented to everyone with the idea that by reporting to OSP, they could gather data on what people are playing online; especially what format, i.e. VTT, PbP/PbD, etc.

Its hard enough to trust a convention's HQ to properly report my events, I'm afraid I don't trust someone else to report my routine events. I know what they are trying to accomplish, but IMO its an unnecessary extra step and if they cannot report events within the same timeliness of the GM then its not an effective system.

Not exactly. It's literally a version of the Regional Support Program, but for the Online region lodges.
Since it's a little different with things online we use one central reporting site which anyone who wants to run games online at one of our lodges reports to, that is then reported to Paizo (this is essentially just our version of handing your sign in sheet to the local VO, for them to report to RSP).
As mentioned above, it does have some restrictions, exactly like the Regional Support Program does, as it is intended to support and help grow our lodges (not just as something for anyone who plays online, just like Society games run at someones home irl wouldn't report to their lodges RSP). So if you wanted to report games to it they would need to be run on one of our VTT or PbP lodges and be freely open for anyone to sign up to play in (as the intent is to help grow our lodges and provide more games for new players to join in with and get involved).
I've passed on the info about the missing games to our VC, though I know that games from much more recently than 6 weeks have been completed so if you're certain you reported it to OSP, you'll have received an email confirmation if you did, then I'd reply to the email to let him know it may have been missed, or there may be an error in the submitted info causing it to not show up under your Society #.
Hope that helps clarify things, if not feel free to message me here or find me on our biggest VTT discord lodge at Organised Play Online (as Stunt Monkey).

Well I'm not a VO so I can't create Events at a Venue, but I do recruit publicly using my Warhorn (and here on Paizo).
I want to complete my RSP 2019 GM Incentive Boon (Ursine Heritage), which I initially (and erroneously) thought could be completed by GMing at Conventions.
Otherwise, I don't see how I'll ever be able to complete it, because I don't GM for Venues where I live.

If you get a moment check my post above, as I explained it a bit more there. Unfortunately in this case the RSP boon cannot be completed by reporting to OSP as they are two separate programs with different boon rewards available to them.
I'd recommend contacting your local VOs, with everything going on in the last year I believe that if you advertise your games with the local irl lodge online then you should be able to report them to RSP, but the local VOs should be able to give you more information.

If you DM online for the Mozambique SFS group on their warhorn/lodge/sign ups I think you count as being in Mozambique rather than online for purposes of your game (RSP checklist, Datafile/wayfinder credit, Regional support rather than online support...)
Regional rather than online support is a good deal. The OSP is a manifold host boon the regional supports are race boons and race boon gifts.

Nope, I have problems with that too. There are a number of things I try to "purchase" and get the message that my character doesn't qualify for the boon.

Ooooo I might just have to spend a couple months GMing for all these Lodges I've been crashing lately ^_^
I've had the chance to play at a table with you once or twice as well, so have an "official" invite from the Buckeye Lodge to "crash" our GM pool too. :) We run SFS several times a month, Monday nights and Saturdays. New GMs are always welcome. (FYI, our VL is planning to continue to schedule games exclusively online until at least late summer.)

well with acp introduced i can't go about making my players wait just for a nifty reward for myself somewhere down the line.
-still- have players with missing sessions status (including myself being short like 5 tables of gm credit)
i just have to lodge up and report the hard way to expedite the player experience. its a noble system but i just don't have time to track things down over and over while helping run discord communities, adventure paths, society and productions.
was far more of a response than i expected.
i appreciate that at least,
-Metal.

Personally, I think self-reporting is easier than any other type of reporting, including OSP and convention reporting.
When you report your own games, you get to see the autofilled data when you punch in the PFS number, so if a strange character name pops up, you know immediately that the number is wrong.
The main reason to report through OSP and conventions is for additional rewards. OSP gives an extra chance at PFS1 boons, and conventions give extra AcP. Those rewards are balanced against the cost of playing Reporting Relay Race.
If you don't want the rewards, self-reporting is better.

At least in terms of AcP and conventions, there are a lot of other implications than the bonus AcP you as the GM get. Players also get bonus AcP. Conventions’ support depends on the number of tables they offer, and future support can depend on the number that were reported the year before. Gift certificate giveaways depend on reporting. Basically, if you’re running the table through a convention, report it through the convention.
OSP is only for 1st edition, so there are no AcP implications. If they take a little bit longer to get reported, it’s not as big of a problem as it would be with 2nd edition.
