Third-party stuff. There is an appropriate subforum for that where you could find more people that know how it works.

this is not 3rd party https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/dread-sayona-c reature-cr-3/
If you're linking to Dread Sayona then you can see even at the top of the page it says "3pp", and the book it comes from, which you can see at the bottom of the page is "Pathways Bestiary (c) 2017, Rite Publishing LLC.; Author: Steven D. Russell."
So very much 3rd party content.
A huge amount of stuff on d20pfsrd is third party and in my opinion is better off avoided. Try just using aonprd to avoid any confusion and 3rd party mess.
If your GM is actually letting you use 3rd party stuff, i'd ask on the forum that the other guy suggested.
If you've been using d20pfsrd when choosing all of your feats, spells, character options and GM tools without checking if the options are 3rd party, you might want to revisit those options too.
(A quick glance at your post history shows you have been asking about archetype stacking for a "bloodline mingler" druid archetype for example, which you may not have noticed is also 3rd party. If you did notice then fair enough, just trying to help.)

It is 3rd party (3PP) and it's this book
Blood Drain (Su)A dread sayona can consume blood from any creature it touches once per round by making a successful touch attack. This deals 1d6 points of Constitution damage. The dread sayona heals 5 hit points or gains 5 temporary hit points for 1 hour (up to a maximum number of temporary hit points equal to its full normal hit points) each round it drains blood.
I think the CR3 Dread Sayona's Paralysis is 1 round (Fort DC: 10 + 1/2 lvl + Cha Mod). The CR12's Paralysis is 1d4 rounds.

It is a long shot, but Owen K.C. Stephens is one of the developers of Rite Publishing, and he authored Blood Curse spell for Super Genius Games.
Maybe the ability refers to that.
If that is the ability and you get a few levels as a spellcaster, it can be terrific.
From what I see Rite Publishing hasn't a forum, but maybe Owen K.C. Stephens will reply in the third party forum. I have seen him post several times in the past.
As a last option, you can try sending a private message to Owen, here is his page at Paizo Owen K.C. Stephens .

MR CRITICAL, I'm looking at the actual book, and there's no reference to Blood Curse except for in the Accursed Gaze ability-- its only referenced once in the entire book, including other subsequent templates in the book. It's just bad writing on the part of the publisher. Because in the rest of the template for Dread Sayona, nothing is referenced about "necromantic curses" or even curses at all for that matter, and the only "blood" related reference after the Accursed Gaze ability is the Blood Drain ability.
So, I would either throw it out, or homebrew something acceptable for a "Blood Curse" with your GM.
