Hi.
I made this order a while ago. At the time all was ok. Usually Paizo orders take a 2-3 weeks to reach my home, but today I wondered why the order has not arrived yet, and I saw a message on the order regarding the shipping method, a problem that I needed to contact CS to solve.
What's the problem?

It looks like your order is being held up by the Clockwork Dragon, currently. It's something we should be able to get in, but I don't have a current timeline as to how soon that will be. Would you like to cancel that item and get the rest of the order shipped out? Or would you prefer to wait until we have it in stock?
