Building Campaign - Looking for Opinions

Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion

Hey everyone! First time poster and new to playing and running Pathfinder 2e. Had an idea for a campaign, but I know my knowledge of Golarion is limited, so I'm hoping folks around here can help point out where my campaign ideas do not work so I can make adjustments.
So, the basic idea is that Naderi the goddess of suicide and tragic love has been developing more intimate feelings for Urgathoa and she has decided to pursue those feelings in an attempt to marry Urgathoa. To do this, she plans on having a new organization made of followers devoted to her ideas of love after death called the Choir Eternal to organize and collect all of the parts needed for the ceremony, which ends with Naderi consume a "meal" served on the Disks of Urgathoa in it's solid plate form.
The adventure involves the party learning about this plot and being encouraged to stop it by servants of Shelyn and Pharasma, though they have the option of possibly supporting this event. Most of the adventure includes musically themed and/or undead bad guys, and the "boss" battles are going to include dynamic pairs of bad guys working together to fight the party in many cases. I'm working on several homebrew things for the adventure as well. My main concern is if this basic premise even works.
What do you all think? I can give further details about my plans if it's requested, but I just want to be sure the core of my adventure works from the beginning.

I like it ( Maybe at the end there could also be some sort of glimpse of a step towards a future reconciliation between Shelyn and Naderi ).

Maybe I did not read correctly, but is Naderi supposed to die because of the meal? Is it just me or the only thing the two gods are trying to do is to gather ingredients to prepare a meal?

Anyway, considering might involve the suicide of Naderi, have you considered adding some zyphusians ( zyphunians? ) interfering with the heroes, in order to strengthen the power of their god ( even knowing that Naderi is not a mortal )?

To answer your first question, kind of. The idea is that it is a massive wedding, and that the end of the wedding "ritual" is going to be Naderi eating from the Disks of Urgathoa to receive her direct blessing, as Urgathoa's champion did before. This leads to her"dying" and being reborn permanently united with Urgathoa.

Right now I'm working on several endings that could happen. First is Naderi succeeding, "dying", and coming back as a sort of deific Danse Macabre that is permanently united with Urgathoa. The second is that the players stop the wedding, but Zyphus steps in after having been "helping" with the wedding to take Naderi away from the event and take advantage of the situation. The third is completely stopping the wedding and setting up Naderi's and Shelyn's reconciliation. And the last and rarest is a party member permanently sacrificing access to a 10th level Wish equivalent spell (not the slot, just the spell itself) or the party performing the Heartbond Ritual for the couple as a 10th level Ritual (which must be developed by the party, with the adventure giving hints to this possibility if the party starts looking for how to achieve the idea) after stopping the initial wedding to allow Naderi and Urgathoa to unite without Naderi's suicide.

The adventure will include many different antagonistic groups all brought together to help with this plan in order to maintain a level of variety for the campaign. The Cult of the Choir Eternal is my main group, but they are receiving support from some members of the Whispering Way, followers of Zyphus, many music and love oriented creatures, and some devils sent by a couple of the Queens of the Night who see supporting this union as a chance to build a bond with the female couple that they could leverage later for their own plans (since fighting patriarchy and the support of women is a big thing for them). If the players decide to support Naderi's plans once they discover them, then the enemies will become followers of Pharasma, Shelyn, and Arazni (who catches wind of this plan from her connections in the Whispering Way and decides there are enough undead deities for Golarion as it is).
