Hi Customer Service person,
Tonight something really odd happened, I made this order I clicked to place the order then I clicked again thinking I haven't clicked the first time so I noticed a message saying the transition was declined but looking at my bank app it was charged two times. All the items still in the cart and no new order was generated for this transaction :'(

Hi!
When an order is placed, we immediately authorize your card to ensure that it can be charged when we ship your order. An authorization is a non-monetary transaction that merely checks with your bank to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds. Again, no money is charged to the card until we ship your order.
Your card was declined because it did not pass the verification system check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the information entered for the card on Paizo.com and the information your bank has on file for the card. Please ensure that all the information entered for the payment method is accurate and then try to submit the order again. If you believe that all your information is correct you will need to contact the issuing bank and let them know what is occurring.
I have reversed these authorizations on our end but please allow some time for it to be reflected in your account and please let me know if I can assist you any further :)

You are awesome as always, I have two orders pending probably due the same reason. Order 36392197 which was one of pathfinder scenarios that I missed and you fixed but still pending :'(. And Order 36347087 which you probably will need to remove the scenarios, because you sent me them in another occasion but I need this AP and I didn't noticed it was pending.
I removed other payment / addresses or any possible conflicting payment and it seems to be ok now. Please review this two orders for me.

I received an e-mail on March 8th and get charged for Order 36347087, but today I got a refund at my bank and no e-mail. So I'm just checking if everything is ok.
Also I never got the Pathfinder Society Scenario #2-11: The Pathfinder Trials from the Order 36392197. :'(
