Order 33014066 not tracking after 2 weeks

(I emailed about this a few days ago but haven't gotten a response)

I realize that:
1) this is probably out of Paizo's hands
2) the weather messed with everything in the States in the last couple couple weeks, and I'm on the opposite coast

Is there *any* way to confirm it's on its way from Paizo's end? This would sadly be the second preorder in a row that didn't make it to my address...

I don't usually bump posts in the CS forum, but I'll share my recent experience

Paizo customer service is currently processing emails from the end of December/early January. "A few days ago" isn't anywhere near the top of the queue.

Tracking orders
Depending on the shipping method, you may or may not have tracking available on your package.
To check go to the "My Account" menu at the top of the page, and select "Order History". The order will tell you whether or not there is tracking for that package. If there is, there will be a link to the tracking page.

Receiving orders
My January shipment left Paizo on January 27. It arrived at the UPS/USPS transfer point in Ohio on January 29. At that point, it was transferred to the Post Office, but the PO never scanned it into their tracking system.

As you may know from news reports, the US Post Office has had much of its sorting and tracking machinery removed and not replaced over the past year.

The package was delivered 27 days later, on Feb 23 while the tracking software still showed it in Ohio.

Patience is your best answer. Paizo staff are incredibly helpful, even under extreme conditions. They probably don't have any more information than you do about the status of your package.

PS Apologies for bumping your thread.

In the CS forum, staff answer threads based on 'last post' timestamps, going from oldest to newest. It's usually rude to reply to someone else's thread because doing so bumps them to the back of the queue. I hope my information helps make the wait more tolerable.

Would appreciate an answer if possible, but if mail just be like that right now, mail just be like that right now.
