Question: who would be interested in playing Hell's Vengeance? I know there is no PFS credit for it, but who would play it?
Also, by committing acts of evil, you save the world. What? Yes save the world, by evil winning, you save the world, this doesn't make you good. Your in-character will be told by the head devils or demons who can see into the future and is almost as omniscient as God that by committing acts of evil you are actually saving the world, but you aren't told how or why, so read spoiler at your own risk.
I'm not interested in your CN character. You can still do acts of good, maybe you want to look like heroes, so you can backstab somebody later on, or you want to save an innocent life, in hopes to recruit him/her into your evil ways later, ie. you get that person to repay. But no altruistic acts of good obviously, so if you are donating 1000 gold to the church of Selune, I'd like to know how you are benefiting off of that. Though you are evil, you are still under orders and your are not to kill needlessly unless it benefits you. Like that rich guy in the mansion isn't part of your mission, but you kill him for his gold cause you need it, or you can buy your next item. Don't be killing the poor guy off the street just to get 5 coppers off of him. If he witnessed you killing someone else and you killed him to silence him, okay. Keep in mind needless killing could fail the mission. If you read the first spoiler read the second one.

To your initial question, yes, I would be interested in playing Hell's Vengeance. I think the second part is your way of saying you want us to play evil characters, with the caveat that evil doesn't mean you are a murder hobo. I absolutely agree. Mobsters would be a real world example of lawful evil, an ordered organization with rules and structure, but that benefit the few within the system. They are happy to sell drugs, run guns, engage in protection schemes, and knock off those who oppose them or stand in their way, but they don't just blindly and randomly murder everyone.
Do i get the gist of where you are looking to go with it?

Yep, like that wanderer82. Also, this won't start anytime soon, this is just an interest check to see who would play it. I might do this in the summer PBP, or I might do it on Roll20 the same week as Gencon, just not the same days. Like people sometimes take their vacation weeks during Gencon, so while they have the entire week off from work and don't know what do withthemselves for 4 days I could run it Sunday through Wednesday, then they get to enjoy Gencon Thursday through Sunday. No date is certain yet.

I'm interested. I've tried a couple of Evil campaigns, but always run into people who think Evil=stupid & violent. I like to play my evil characters as polite and smart. Perfectly able to commit dark and nasty deeds. Just as able to be reasonable and work with others.
Not Bloodmaster Slaughterpest, hacking up the shopkeeper for 5 coppers, and then wondering why we can't come to town any more?

I will be honest, I skimmed your spoiler, DoubleGold, but I am 100% onboard with "smart" evil as opposed to murder hobo. I have a couple of PCs I would be interested in working out for a game of Hell's Vengeance. Is this confirmed for Roll20, or are you planning Play-by-Post?
I won't be up for Roll20 as a scheduled session - real life isn't that flexible for me. Play-by-Post is my go-to these days, so if that's your plan I would like to throw my hat into the ring.

A scientist, or any rational person, would never risk the timeline just to lower the population. Sterilization by vaccine comes to mind.
Only someone completely MAD would do it. I'm in

Sweet, that was just one example. It wouldn't just be that though. Maybe somebody completely good invents a machine that can drill through anything, so you can get any resource from the Earth you want. Well, when someone else drills to the center of the Earth with it later on, it causes problems, massive volcano explosions, near extinction. So you kill the person before inventing the thing, so it can't be misused, even by accident, cause it is bound to happen. Or Somebody good saves somebody who will turn out to be bad, who near genocides the Elves and Dwarves. You can kill the good guy saving the future bad guy, or you can kill the future bad guy as he hasn't done anything bad yet, it is definitely still evil to do so. You do good by committing evil acts. Or someone invents a way to make your own food, like Star Trek, but as a side affect, people start losing limbs years later cause of what it does to your body, and you know you can't talk the person out of it, so you kill him/her. You won't be told how your evil acts affect the timeline until after you do them.
