Good afternoon! It doesn't appear that the subscriber discount applied to my order that just shipped. I am subbed to four lines and have been for a year and a half! I assume just a bug.

While I've got your attention, a second item: can you change my rulebook subscription from special edition to the regular? I've wanted to wait till after this month's shipment so that I wouldn't lose my discount for February's order...

Hi!

I am so sorry your discount wasn't applied! I went ahead and refunded your payment method for the difference. Unfortunately, we are unable to switch the subscriptions. We can cancel your special edition sub for you when you are ready and then you will be able to start the standard edition sub. Please let me know how you would like to proceed :)


Whoops, I knew that! I have subscribed to standard rulebooks, starting with Bestiary 3. Can you cancel the special edition subscription for me?
