I could not find this in my search, so apologies if it's already been answered, but...
Do clerics keep their uncast spells without praying. My cleric was knocked out in combat, and there's a good chance he's going to be imprisoned, I likely won't recover consciousness within 24hrs, so do I keep my uncast spells once my prayer time has passed at 6am?
I'm likely to not have my holy symbols when I regain consciousness, but I do have Word of Recall memorized which is only Vocal.

It’s not explicit for divine casters; most of the text about divine magic is “the same as wizards except...” And it is explicit for wizards.
Divine spellcasters prepare their spells in largely the same manner as wizards do, but with a few differences.
Until he prepares spells from his spellbook, the only spells a wizard has available to cast are the ones that he already had prepared from the previous day and has not yet used.

Note that you can prepare spells after the appointed time if you are unable to pray at the right time. You need to be unable to pray to get that option, you don't get it if you sleep late or are simply lazy.
Time of Day: A divine spellcaster chooses and prepares spells ahead of time, but unlike a wizard, does not require a period of rest to prepare spells. Instead, the character chooses a particular time of day to pray and receive spells. The time is usually associated with some daily event. If some event prevents a character from praying at the proper time, she must do so as soon as possible. If the character does not stop to pray for spells at the first opportunity, she must wait until the next day to prepare spells.

Sleeping in isn't an event that prevents you from preparing at the proper time?
Sure sounds like an event...
Well, it will depend on your deity, but I think most of them will say that if you sleep at the time of prayer it is your problem.
The only exception I know of is a Greyhawk deity that was published in a number of the Dragon magazine. Her portfolio includes comfortable life, her church floor is covered by pillows and the priests feel that sleeping while they do mass is a show of faith and appreciation for the priest.A pity I never got a chance of making a cleric of that deity.
