I've been developing a campaign setting for some time now, and I would like to it for PF (1e) as a play-by-post if there's enough interest for it. It is heavily inspired by Norse mythology, and it takes place on the far northern continent of Nordland, where the summers are short and mild and the winters long and bitter. Is the intention to build like a party of Ulfen barbarians, bloodragers, viking fighters and skalds? :) Just kidding! There is definitely good support for it on the game. This could be cool.

It's kinda funny, I nearly exclusively play PCs from Viking lands who adventure south. I develop cool backgrounds of Nordic characters who have left the north. I just finished playing a character named "Magnus Magnusson" and, in the new campaign am playing a PC named "Rune." I think it'll be fun to play in a Norse game.
I should mention one major thing: this is a Norse-inspired setting, with firearms.
Always up for some plunder, trading, and trading the plunder. If you haven't seen it the Northlands Saga for PF 1e that had some good stuff in it, even if you don't wanna use the actual adventures. Endzeitgeist explains the goodies within more succinctly than I can.

A thought occurred to me today: would people be more or less inclined to apply if it was an E6 campaign?

Ooohh I think E6 is a treat! I love that it becomes more strategic and martial, perfect for low magic. If I may suggest, the elephant in the room also goes quite well with it. And to be honest, more martial and brutal would go great with the whole Viking thing.
