Why has my Starfinder Society Sub been suspended?

Can you please tell me why my Starfinder Society Subscription has been suspended? I believe that I subscribe to the appropriate level to receive both PFS and SFS scenarios for free. The subscription page states I qualify for both but it only allows the section of one or the other.

Hey, just a head's up that Paizo works from the oldest threads to newest. When you "bump" your thread you're bumping it to the *back* of the line. Best to let it sit.
