I'm a big fan and have been working on my AP collection. I have two orders that I have an issue with and would appreciate some help in getting them squared away. The order numbers are 36287139 and 36270560. If you could give me a hand or reach out it would be greatly appreciated as I haven't heard back from emails.

Hi, currently order 36270569 is waiting for the Core Rulebook to be returned to stock and I'd appreciate if that can be shipped later as it's been a few months. In addition order 3627139 has been marked as shipped but UPS has no indication the product was shipped and I'm trying to determine the status of that

Hi, currently order 36270569 is waiting for the Core Rulebook to be returned to stock and I'd appreciate if that can be shipped later as it's been a few months. In addition order 3627139 has been marked as shipped but UPS has no indication the product was shipped and I'm trying to determine the status of that

I took another look at both orders and I moved the out of stock item to you sidecart so the rest of the order can ship out to you and it should be on its way very soon. The other order says that it shipped on Jan 12th with estimated delivery of up to 20 business days which puts it at Feb 10th or so. Please let me know if there is anything more I can do :)
