Place Your Order then nothing

I recently tried to purchase Troubles in Otari as a PDF, PFS Scenario 1-14 Lions in Katapesh, and PFS Scenario 1-18 Lodge of the Living God. I go through all the steps, confirm my payment method, put in the holiday discount code, and then click "Place Your Order" and the only thing that happened is the navigation buttons went away. If I try to click it again, the wheel spins like it's processing and then nothing.
I've tried about 10 times now in different browsers and after clearing cookies and other things, nothing has changed the outcome.

Usually when this happens at checkout it is because the billing address used for the order isn't matching with what the bank has on file for it. We recommend double checking the address and then trying to place your order. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)

I have double checked my address both on my bank's end and on my Paizo account's end and no such luck fixing the problem yet. Any other suggestions?


I have noticed that when I apply the holiday discount code, the site is displaying a gencon2020 discount code as well that I'm sure won't work. Does that have something to do with it?


Hi, sorry for hijacking this post. I've experienced similar issues when trying to make online purchases... I click to confirm the order, and nothing happens. I've seen numerous responses to similar complaints, where the customer service rep states this is likely due to the address on file not matching the address in the credit card or with the bank.

If this is the case, then why isn't there a pop up or message for your customers? Something to let us know what the potential issue or issues may be? Don't you think letting us know would be beneficial? Then we could review the issue and attempt to fix it ourselves.

Instead, we are left scratching our heads, clicking on the confirm order button, thinking it's something on our end. Quite frankly, it really is poor design.


Just wanted to bump this thread because I haven't heard back and it's been over a month now. I still have the items in my cart but have not been able to purchase them yet. Could someone help me any further? I did check my address in the website and on my bank's end and nothing worked.


Just as an update, I just tried to purchase the Lost Omens Ancestry Guide just by itself with a new card and had the same problem happen.

In my experience, they rarely return to a thread they have already addressed, so you might want to start a new one and put all the text from above in a single post. That should get fresh eyes on it, though you will have to wait until they get to it in the queue.
