If so, is it the 3rd printing (with the errata corrected)? We have one of the paperbacks and the first printing of the hardcover, but there are so many changes that our hardcover is untrustworthy but the paperback printing is too small for our middle-aged eyes to read comfortably for longer than just a quick rule check. I’d like to get a new hardcover if it is as up-to-date as the pocket edition, but can’t tell from the product page.

I pulled the trigger last night and ordered it. If it isn’t the latest printing, I’ll just have to deal with the returns process.
I probably won’t get it for a few weeks - it’s in my subscriptions sidecart - but I’ll post here when I get it.

The latest hardcover should match the text of the Pocket Edition. There are likely still first printings out "in the wild" at stores and distributors, but I am confident that CRBs ordered from paizo.com as of now will have the errata incorporated.
That’s great to hear - thanks!

I received my new hardcover Core Rulebook yesterday, but unfortunately it is the second printing, from September 2017, not the third printing in 2020 that incorporates the errata and matches the Pocket Edition. I'm disappointed, but will reach out to customer service and try to get it resolved.
