Voucher Input Doesn't Appear

Hey folks, I've tried for two orders now (#36260599 and #34039108) to put in a voucher and I am never presented with the opportunity for the code to be put in, just that the order is complete and goes straight to pending.

I also emailed customer service and they said that the code should be presented at checkout and then never responded when I agreed that it should be but wasn't.


Tried again with a new order #36269775 and again, it did not apply the voucher. The Customer Service email address has stopped responding entirely.

CS goes through threads here based on the date of the latest post. So "bumping" your thread by replying to it bump you to the end of the line. Usually, I don't reply so that I don't bump threads, but in this case, I caught you just after your post.
