Are there any backgrounds besides Warrior that give Intimidating Glare as a skill feat? If not are there any backgrounds that give Bon Mot as a skill feat?

The regional backgrounds Belkzen Slayer and Ulfen Raider both give Intimidating glare. As for Bon Mot, I don't know any, but it might happen some day. There have not been many new backgrounds since APG came out.

You could lobby your GM to use/allow the Deep Backgrounds variant in the GMG, lobby more to get to select table entries instead of rolling, and take Bullied as your Major Childhood Event to get Intimidating Glare as an option.

One of the Age of Ashes backgrounds gives it too I believe -- Dragon Scholar.

If willing to homebrew, it would be fairly easy to swap in the wanted skill feat to an existing background. Probably best to use a background that lists the appropriate ability as one of its granted boosts.

So for intimidating glare and bon mot, those are both charisma based. It would be a hard sell to add Intimidating Glare to Artist, but I would go for it with Bandit.
