There is no bonus ranged +XX listed in the line
Spell-Like Abilities (CL 15th)
Since its a Spellcaster Array CR 15 it should be

Spell-Like Abilities (CL 15th),ranged +22 or
Spell-Like Abilities (CL 15th),ranged +24 correct?

It should probably be +24, the same as it's ray of light attack.

Indeed, the bryrvath should list its ranged attack bonus of +24.
