MC Rogue can't take feats with Racket Prereqs?

Because the Rogue Dedication feat doesn't allow you take a racket, that means if I take Basic Trickery I can't take feats that have Racket prereqs like Brutal Beating or Unbalancing Blow. Is that correct?

Yes, most Dedication feats don't grant access to things like Rackets or Methodologies. This is the balance power of people taking the dedications vs people taking the class itself.
