In measuring distance,
"Diagonals: When measuring distance, the first diagonal counts as 1 square, the second counts as 2 squares..."
So, 2 diagonal squares count as 15ft.
However, when measuring Threatened Squares, the d20PFSRD shows, 2 diagonal squares count as 10ft.,thus, a reach weapon for medium or a natural weapon for large creature(tall) can touch 2 diagonal squares.
details here (the pictures at the bottom)
It just written by d20pfsrd, and I suppose it might be the remain of 3r rule.
While CRB, GMG and B1 don't mention this rule.
My question is, is it an official rule? What's the relationship between Paizo and d20PFSRD.

There's no relationship between Paizo and d20PFSRD.
That said, there is an entry referenced from the SRD to the CRB FAQ:
10-Foot Reach and Diagonals: I’m confused about reach and diagonals. I heard somewhere online that you don’t threaten the second diagonal with a 10-foot reach but that you somehow get an attack of opportunity when opponents move out of that square, but the Rules Reference Cards show that you do threaten the second diagonal. Which one is correct?
The cards are correct. As an exception to the way that diagonals normally work, a creature with 10 feet of reach threatens the second diagonal. These changes will be reflected in the next errata.
The ability of a Reach Weapon to threaten two diagonals away from you, despite a 10' emanation not hitting that square, is a special case.

It might be worth to add the last editions of D&D3 had this exception written, that reach weapons distance was not using the second diagonal. So many people was using that rule already despite they did not made that errata into Pathfinder because it was not in the OGL version. The FAQ clarified it fortunately.
There is other stuff suffering from the same process (D&D3 erratas not in the OGL) like cure spells dealing full damage to incorporeals.
