The instructions for Season of the Runelords scenario 2-4B (The Tormented Trolls) reads
During setup, if you have more than 4 locations, use Bandits as proxies for additional Tyrant Trolls. Treat the henchman Bandit as the henchman Tyrant Troll.
I don't understand the "If you have more than 4 locations" part. There's only one copy of the Tyrant Troll included in the PDF, and there are no other Henchmen (or villains) listed. In just the previous scenario, we were given the more standard wording:
Treat the henchman Bandit as the henchman Stone Golem.
It seems there must be a reason for the unique wording on 2-4B, yet I'm not getting it.
Any help would be appreciated!
It looks like there are 4 Tyrant Trolls in the Rise of the Runelords box. So, enough for 4 locations, but not enough at higher player counts for this scenario. So it's advising you to use the Tyrant Trolls you have, but then use Bandits if you don't have enough.
Ahh. Because there was a Tyrant Troll included in the PDF, I figured it was a new henchman. (As far as I know, this is the first time this hasn't been the case.)
I knew there had to be an explanation. Thank you very much!
(One of the things I've come to love about playing the game on Tabletop Simulator is that there is no longer a need for proxies. Just clone as many copies of the cards you need!)
