Hey all,

So now we're up to three months that haven't shipped, and September is authorizing now/soon so I'm guessing it'll jump on the pile.

Can someone see what's up with my account?

More concerningly, there's clearly a bug in the system that just leaves unfinished orders out there without reporting them :(

It's not life and death, they're just books, but ... I'm certainly not getting a warm kitty happy kitty feeling either :/

Hey gbonehead, for some reason your shipping method was unset so I reset it and kicked out all of your pending subs. They should ship today or Monday. Thanks for your patience.
