I tried to use a coupon on an order to get some friends some resources to be legal for organized play.
The order didn't go through. I was told some of the coupons needed to be reset. I emailed customer service, someone reset the coupons.
Tried to order again. The coupons derped out again. I emailed customer service and was told that the coupons were attached to an order.
However the order derped out. So both codes are now functionally stuck.
I asked about the situation on the 9th and haven't heard back.
