Good thing I got into Deep Magic before the end!
And thank you both!
We'll let the serpent sleep a little longer, but hey, threads are all about the rampant speculation.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that three of the prospective authors have written Paizo AP adventures. Who would you like to see write part of the World Serpent AP?
Brandon Hodge, Crystal Frasier, Greg Vaughn, and why not, Adam Daigle.

Who? Authors with some prior Midgard experience.
Wolfgang Baur. Ben McFarland. Christina Stiles. Richard Pett. Crystal Frasier. Tim Connors. Ted "EJ" Reed.
There. Those are authors I'd like to see. I'm uninterested in "Big names" for "Big names' sake" - not that some of those in my list aren't "big" names.

Wolfgang Baur, Richard Pett, Nicholas Logue, Dan Voyce, Ben MacFarland, Tim Hitchcock, Lou Agresta (& Rone Barton), Christina Stiles, Mike Franke, Greg Vaughan, Steven D. Russell, Tim & Eileen Connors, Crystal Frasier, Rob Manning, Ron Lundeen, Marc Radle, Jason Nelson, Jonathan McAnulty, Clinton Boomer, Creighton Broadhurst, Michale Kortes, Kenneth Spencer, T.H. Gulliver - in no particular order.
I did omit some others like AaW's talented Stephen Yeardley or the Zeitgeist-AP-crew if I thought they'd probably not be game - so please, authors, don't be offended by the omission. ;)
Ooh, good list Endz, I might also add Mike Shel and Neil Spicer to that list.
Yeah, they definitely also belong on that list! Sorry for the omission!

<raises hand from the back of the classroom>
You're a great designer, Mike - but from the top of my head, I can't recall you having written a module - sorry if I forgot, but did you have a module out there? Again, sorry - I'm currently not at home and can't check my HD...
EDIT: I'm dumb as F****. Ash on my head. Doom comes to Dustpawn. RPG Superstar. Glorious module. Consider yourself added and sorry for the omission. *shuffles off*
Doom Comes to Dustpawn
:)
No worries. It just recently came out, and I realize I'm new to the adventure-writing scene. :)
Edit: I'd also put everyone on your list ahead of myself for awesome AP author choices.

I'd definitely add Jim Groves to the list, who has a couple of AP volumes and has done work for Kobold Press in the past.

Wow ... I'm not quite sure I belong in that list of such great authors, but I'm sincerely honored and humbled to be included in it all the same!

Steve Greer, though I think he is semi-retired.
