Cancel Subscription - Items not being Processed

My subscriptions keep not sending me any items, I've reach out to CS via e-mail, they processed a manual order for some of my missing items, but then it again went to just not processing orders. It shows me "Next Item: XXX" and the shipment date comes and goes and I never get anything and the subscription just updates to whatever the next item is (i.e, I never got Bestiary 2, now it says my next item is the APG).

I tried reaching out via e-mail on 13 May, I understand things are slow with COVID, but I checked the forums and now it says that the e-mails are caught up to 19 May and I never got any response from my 13 May Request.

I just want to have my 2 subscriptions canceled and then maybe I can try re-creating them on my end later on.

Pathfinder Rulebook

Hello SirBayard,

That is super strange that your subscriptions are behaving that way. I have canceled the subscriptions. If you decide to start them back up again, and this resolves the issue for you, but you wanted to still get the previous volumes that the error caused you to miss as part of the subscription, we can of course help you accomplish this for you. Just be sure to reference this thread where I said so, so whoever helps you do that knows what's going on!

Thank you so much! I just went and re-created them all, looks like stuff went through good this time (last time I never got my confirmation order receipts, I got them all this time)

I'll shoot an e-mail to Customer Service for the missing 3 AP books, I was able to get the other started with Bestiary 2 which is the only thing I missed there. I'm not in a massive rush since COVID ended my in-person game during book 1, ha.
