Forgive the question if this org play 101, but I'm still pretty new to all this. I've only really played at PaizoCon and ConCurrent, but it seemed like there was a pretty focused selection of the latest adventures. I haven't seen any older adventures (like season one scenarios). Older adventures from this season were absent as well. Do the older scenarios just get retired? Or are people just more inclined to run the latest and greatest?

The draw of the Premier Events (GenCon, PaizoCon and Origins/ConCurrent) is hosting all of the newest content in one block so that people who maybe only game annually can get their fix and keep up with the Campaign.
Plus there's usually less demand, since most of the older scenarios will have been played. Less likelihood that a volunteer GM will request to run an older game.
But older scenarios are obviously still playable through other venues. GameDay and OutPost are a couple other online Cons that typically offer older scenarios. And looking at Warhorn right now I see older scenarios planned for the next month.
