View Cart / Checkout returns "Not Authorized" Page

Hello -

Since Sunday evening, I have been attempting to place an order (I was trying to take advantage of the PaizoCon 2020 coupon code). I get the items into my cart, then attempt to start checkout, and I get the behavior shown in this video.

Once this starts occurring, I cannot load my cart or make purchases. If I sign out and back in, I can access my cart again, but all of the items that were in my cart are missing. I have tried this on Chrome and Safari on both macOS Catalina and iOS 13. I was thinking that it was occurring because I added a couple back-ordered items to my cart, but I am able to recreate the behavior without those two items.

This situation with your account is pretty tangled. There were corrupted items that were getting not only your original order, but all my attempts to fix it stuck. At this point, I was hoping to work with you on the best way I can help at this point. I believe we have untangled enough to allow you access to your cart again. Please let us know if it continues to give you difficulty.

I have also cobbled together an order of the items from your original order that we still have available. The code cannot apply to any backordered items, so I have left these items exempt and applied the 15% discount to the order. Please let me know if you are still interested in this order, or if there are any changes you'd like to make to it. It is suspended, so it will not charge or ship until we hear back from you.

I have also lifted the suspension so the order can ship out (it looks like Sam suspended the order so it wouldn't ship before we could make the changes you wanted made).
