Tried this multiple times and all I get is
"That code is not recognized or is not valid for this order."
On the order is
PF II Beast II book PDF
PF II EC module 5 PDF
Starfinder Conspiracy Module 4 PDF
Any help please?

Hello TRDG,
The main issue I could think of was that those items might have still been seen as preorders in the system at the time you tried to place your order, since the 27th was the release date for those new PDFs. It should have applied to the Bestiary 2 surely though, so I have retroactively applied this to your recent PDF purchase and refunded the difference to your store credit.
If you are still interested in getting those other items, we can look into options to resolve the discount not applying after the fact. Please let us know!
