Want something more for my Oracle of Life healer

Advice

Hi!

Im about to level up from 4 to 5 with my oracle of life.

I have energybody, channel and life link.

Now there arent any more interesting things to pick up that makes me unique and cool.

So thought perhaps going for summoning undeads would be a nice option.

How would i best do this?

Campaign will never exceed level 10 so multiclassing toll etc isnt that big of a deal.

But i figure i should still be oracle.

And if not summoning undead Im open for other suggestions to how to make me more supportive in combat other then to heal.

Note: I often use summon sawm and natures allie, which has been very good so far.

Liberty's Edge

Suppose you could take expanded summons feat to add new creatures to your summon monster list but summoning undead would be a two feat drop. Spell Focus - Necromancy and Skeleton Summoner.

Although I was thinking since your a healer, why not do something amusing.

Skill Focus - Heal, and Eldritch Heritage [Celestial Bloodline] It would give you a Range touch attack that heals or Harms based on the targets Alignment 1d6 + half Level (-2, Minimum 1) 3 + Cha Mod x per Day.

Shame it you wont go to level 11, Improved Eldritch Heritage would give you celestial resistances.

I don't mind two feats actually.
It's fun being a healer a powerful healer, but being able to spawn more minions to fight and aid, i think is the most powerful thing i can do to contribute.

Agreed. I'm playing in a game where the other players are pretty unoptimized, and I've made real progress in convincing them that the best way to ensure scarce healing resources get preserved is to not get hit in the first place. Summoning can be a very effective way of doing it.

Small point though, doesn't an Oracle only get Summon Monster, not Summon Nature's Ally? SM is generally better than SNA so check that out.

I play two characters :P A hunter and oracle, i mess up which is which all the time x)
Annoying.

So Iv looked at taking 1 dip into witch gravewalker! Which seems adds a ton of stuff for 1 lvl dip!

Aura of Desecration (Su)
"At first level, a gravewalker can create a 20-foot-radius aura of evil power. This aura increases the DC of channeled negative energy by +1 and the turn resistance of undead by +1. At 3rd level and every 2 levels thereafter, the radius of the aura increases by 5 feet, to a maximum of 70 feet at 20th level."

Bonethrall (Su)
"At 1st level, a gravewalker can take control of an undead creature within her aura of desecration by forcing her will upon it (Will negates, using her hex DC.) If it fails the save, the creature falls under her control as if she had used command undead (once control is established, the undead remain controlled even if outside the witch’s aura). Intelligent undead receive a new saving throw each day to resist her command. The witch can control up to 1 HD of undead creatures per caster level. If an undead creature is under the control of another creature, the witch must make an opposed Charisma check whenever her orders conflict with that creature’s."

Possess Undead (Sp)
A gravewalker may take direct control of one of her undead minions within her aura of desecration, as if using magic jar; the witch’s poppet acts as the soul receptacle for this ability. The minion gets no saving throw against this ability.

other suggestions?
