I'll expand upon these feats later. I plan to add more higher level feats to build upon these. Criticism is welcome.

Like the idea ( but giving that much lvl 1 choices could be somehow unfair. I'd consider to move some of the stances at higher levels ).
-Crocodile: Work in progress, so I can't say anything.
-Goose: Seems well balanced ( maybe a little underpower, but i like it ).
-Mantis: It' good and I like the trade ( you have to choose between move or take a person grappled to enhance your damage ).
-Monkey: Giving a demoralize a free action is imho too much. Consider allowing the monk using his reaction to demoralize on a critical hit.
-Panda: Seems ok ( like a hammer or flail critical specialization ). I'd remove the dice and instead add a +2 bludgeon damage to speed up the game.
-Peacock: Seems Balanced ( since disarm is not really a thing, consider adding something else. Maybe, given the animal, a reaction which gives a circ bonus on escape checks? )
- Viper: I'd lower to 1d6 the bleeding damage.

First look - seems pretty cool
-Crocodile: seems solid - maybe give it Versatile (B), crocodile jaws can crush bones, the closing of their jaws has literally all their power
->Death Roll: A second strike relying on a critical seems not that good, but the name itself gave me an idea
2 Actions, make a grapple. If you successfully grab your opponent you deal your unarmed strike damage and your enemy falls prone. You can use this only after a succesfull Crocodile Crunch attack but it is not influenced by your multiple attack penalty
-Goose Stance: Geeze are somewhat vicious but I think d6 would be more adequate
->Fowl Play: again a spontaneous idea
1 Action, you use your goose peck repeadedly, irritating and hurting your enemy. You make a demoralize action and an attack action
-Monkey Stance: Sounds more like Gorilla stance to me, wouldn't make it finesse either. I also think that demoralize as free action is a bit too much but I am not sure what to change about it
-> No follow up yet? Here is an idea that would be in line with a gorilla stance
Barrel Toss, 2 Action
Condition: you have grabbed your opponent.
You can throw your opponent up to a distance of your strength modifier x 5ft. You can throw him at an enemy with a ranged attack check placing him in an unoccupied field next to them. If you hit an enemy they both take your unarmed damage. If you miss or just throw your enemy on an unoccupied field he takes you increase your die size and then deal unarmed damage to them.
-Panda Stance: Throwing your body around as big fluffy bear does not sound very agile to me. I also agree that the d4 with a save (and not much improvement on top of it) does not look very good. Maybe reduce agile and add deadly.
You could add a panda claw attack that deals d6 slashing damage and is agile.
-Peacock stance: this one looks really good right off the hook
->Peacock's Dance: also very good, this is (imo) the best balanced looking stance so far
-Viper Stance: Maybe instead of bleeding damage like the tiger stance, make it persistant poison damage to fit the viper theme. Also d4 (as high as tiger stance) would probably be an adequate amount
->Counter Bite: A counterattack sounds nice, but doing it after beeing hit does not feel that good (since you are 1. just got hit and proably in pain and 2. don't want to get hit in the first place)
2 possible ideas how this feels more rewarding:
1. The trigger is that an enemy misses you critically (there are already multiple feats like that, so it's definitly balanced)
2. You gain AoO while in the stance.
Since it gives a feat what other gain without condidition maybe those counterattack get a +2 circumstance bonus specifically for counting as a critical hit.
-Wild Stance: Feels like you are a bit a victim of random die rolls. How about this: Instead of rolling it after an attack you roll at the start of your turn and have those for your first strike. You roll again after the strike and look what you got for the next.
This way it is wild and random for the enemy but you have a little more control over it and can use the rolled traits more tactical.
As advanced feat how about this:
->Discipline in chaos (Reaction)
You can reroll either the trait, the damage or both rolled outcomes of your attack. If you roll the same as before you may reroll again for free. When you roll for new traits and/or damage type you gain a +1 circumstance bonus to your damage for every dice you roll.
-Mantis: Honestly, the stance looks good but it's so different from how I would build a mantis stance that I can't give unbiased advice on it
