I have been a longtime Pathfinder adventure path fan and love how easy they make it to DM if you are low on time. I am looking to get back into Pathfinder after a brief hiatus with some friends who have never played before. I have never run a 2e game and those I'm playing with haven't played any Pathfinder at all. Which of the new ap's for 2e do you think is the best and the easiest to bring new players into?

Age of Ashes. It’s a straightforward road trip AP.
The only other one currently out requires the PCs to be interested in running a circus which is not standard.
However, I’d recommend starting with Pathfinder Socierty content, even if you’re not playing society, to get a basic handle on the system as APs are a heavy investment

Extinction Curse.
Note: the PCs aren't required to run the circus - the module contains simplified Circus rules, and indeed, you can leave the circusing to the Professor entirely.
Though of course why you would select to play EC if your players are actively disinterested in creating circus characters that create and perform circus tricks, and recruit and socialize with circus NPCs is a good question ;)

The next AP coming out in July is also a "gimmick" AP, where all the PCs are members of the City Watch, so if you're looking for a classic "let's-go-adventuring" feel, Age of Ashes is your only bet until at least December. (I don't believe the next AP has been announced yet, but it probably will be this week at PaizoCon Online.)
Usually, I'd recommend a module, but there's only one of those for 2e yet as well; and Fall of Plaguestone has a reputation as being very difficult for the party to beat. I wouldn't recommend it for new players.
