Can a biohacker take weaponfocus longarms?

No. They don't have longarm proficiency

Yes, because they're proficient with some long arms. But it only applies to the injection longarms they're proficient with

I would lean to the latter. They can take it, but it only applies to the subset they are proficient with. The same thing would apply if some other class had an ability that granted a limited proficiency.

I think it's the first one. They aren't proficient in longarms, they're proficient in injection weapons. I don't think weapon focus (injection) is a legit feat.

Now, I think that's a bad thing. I would allow a player to take weapon focus longarms, but I don't think that's rules legal.

I believe that's a no, as well.
Being proficient in a few specific weapons of a given type doesn't seem to be enough.
I almost want to make the parallel with Professional weapons, though that language is more explicit. Which might be a hint, actually. Hmm.

Besides, Injection Expert's attack bonus already kind of does the same, and stacking both that and Focus can take you to full Bab equivalent - above, for a few levels. I don't mind, but I'd have PCs earn that, I think ?

Versatile focus works though...

Indeed, and weapon focus and weapon specialization feats are a bad choice since most class will qualify for versatile focus and versatile specialization based on their class proficiency.

The one catch is that versatile focus requires you to take a weapon focus feat for one category of weapons you're already proficient with.
