Liberty's Edge

Hello! I was using some of the society scenarios as part of my campaign and the party got the eggs from the natives. Three eggs to be more specifically. The paty already named them Huey, Dewey and Louie and intend to keep them and hatch them. I only told them it would take them a while to hatch and they would have to stay close to the power core of the ship to serve as incubator/nest while taking some of the energy. I assumed the Wayfinders would be interested in providing a place where they could keep them, study and train them while they are out on missions. Is there any other information available about their ecology?

There is no reference to these creatures in any material aside from that SFS scenario, to my knowledge.

Second Seekers (Jadnura)

"WHAT!!?!?! NOOOOOO. I don't care if it "followed you home" no you can't keep it! Put it back. and wash your hands!

Well, apparently in addition to piracy and such, Besmara is the patron deity of space-dwelling leviathans.

So I wouldn't expect a space whelp egg to hatch into like... a nice kitty for your lap. More likely it hatches into a small version of something that's going to get very big.

Colossal, to be exact, from what little information I can find.

Considering they get starship-sized in adulthood and starship power cores, like the one the party is incubating them with, are their favorite food, I suspect they're in for a rude awakening when Huey, Dewey and Louie actually hatch...

So, a nice furry kitty that still wants to curl up on your lap even after its grown bigger than you are? ;)
