Closer for sure, but no he wasn’t asking you to link him to all of the prior threads about this issue, he was asking that in the future you put those threads in the proper forum.
The creative director heard your complaint and spoke to it, the “I told you so” jab of linking to all the previous threads is entirely unnecessary.
