RAW, apparently not, but logically the weapon cord is affixed only to one of your wrists, so you should be able to wield a one-handed weapon with the other hand. Casting the spell is a bit dicier, as it "may interfere with finer actions", so if the spell has somatic movements you can have problems making them. If it has no somatic component no problem.
As usual "may interfere" is absolutely ground for GM interpretation, not a hard rule. I would say that a two-handed weapon tied to your wrist will hamper somatic movements while a small weapon, like a dagger, wouldn't (unless you are extremely weak).Letric |

Well, yeah. That was my reading as well.
Was considering a weapon cord for my cleric, but not sure if it's worth all the GM hassle, I will ask anyway.Wanted to check if there was some sort of review on this.
