store down?

Is the store down right now? I can (usually) view pages but trying to add any pdfs to the cart gives "Your request produced an error.".

A lot of us are having the same issue. I have found signing out of Paizo then signing back in again sometimes fixes it

Delete your browser’s cookies and that should fix it. Worked for me, anyway.

I tried ordering the Core rules pdf yesterday. I got that error. My card was charged for the PDF. I tried logging out and back in. That made the order just completely disappear. :( I emailed customer support, but they are probably backed way up, and i don't even have an order number or anything. Total bummer, i really want to offer some online games to people stuck at home.

That’s most likely an authorization attempt, rather than a full on charge, it should clear in a few days.

Hi folks!

We are having a little trouble with our store, but our tech team recommends clearing your cache/using an incognito window as the first troubleshooting step if you are receiving that error when you attempt to purchase a product.

Nicholas, I've looked at your order, and don't worry, you haven't been charged, but your bank has blocked your card from going through, but they haven't given us any notice as to why. You might need to contact your bank to let them know this transaction should be allowed to go through.
