Can someone educate me on the main differences between entropic pool and entropic strike?

For example
- you can spend 1EP for +1d4 damage, you can add this on to weapon damage.
- But then you have the strike for 1d3+con mod - you just have to ouch and can deliver this through a weapon - so does this also add to, or swap with, the melees weapon damage dice?
- I'm assuming you can deliver the strike through a bull rush as you are making an touch attack with the bull rush

Just trying to work out when to use both of them for best effect, and what each of them stack with.

My current planned build is a Bolida Vanguard (momentum style), using the rolling attack to bull rush in (and cause entropic strike damage), and then use my EP for extra damage on Melee attacks.

Planning to make a single level dip into Blitz soldier for the +4 init, +10 move and proficiencies.

Be interested for anyones thoughts on a build and advice on the Entropic abilities?

As a move action, you can expend EP to boost the damage of the next entropic strike attack you make before the start of your next turn. You must decide how many EP to expend when you take this move action, and you can’t expend more EP than your level. If the boosted entropic strike hits, you deal +1d4 damage for every EP expended.

This option to use entropy points to increase damage can only be used with entropic strike, not with weapon damage.

The entropic strike itself doesn't stack with weapons for damage purposes, but inherits properties from weapons. If the property you inherit is Polarize, that can still get you some extra dam age on a full attack.

Rolling charge is only for bullrush, which does not deal entropic strike damage. Now, a successfully bullrushed enemy does provoke attacks of opportunity, but a bolida rolled into a defensive ball can't take an AoO, so you would want to use this to push enemies into environmental hazards or out of your allies' threatend spaces, but it does not work with your own entropic strike.
